Mindfulness Circle

MINDFULNESS CIRCLE- A safe space to explore your mind/body/spirit connection and how this influences you throughout your day. Mindfulness allows one’s perspective to come into focus; awareness of how one responds to things in their lives is a result of this. In this practice you will be introduced to simple and attainable techniques to help you become more aware of your mind/body/spirit Self so that you may gracefully make the changes you want to see in your own life.

Topics will include techniques of (1) breath work, (2) changing your thoughts to work for you, (3) how vital our attitude can be to our choices throughout our daily life. (60 minutes)
